A boy and his dog

Watching Blake with Major the last few days reassures me that we made the right choice in getting him a dog. He is very responsible with the dog, and very gentle and loving with him but also playful. Blake has always been loving and gentle, it is one of the things I love about him. He is all boy, don't get me wrong, but he knows when to be gentle. He is an extraordinary little boy! He deserved a little K-9 best friend. It really brings me joy to watch the two of them. :-)

  2. Blake had a guinea pig, for about 10 minutes, I brought it home, he touched it and he broke out in hives and his breathing was labored. He is allergic to them 9we found out right then) after 3 hours in the E.R. we took the pig back and come ot find out he is allergic to pretty much everything with fur (dog, cats, hamsters, rabbits, chinchillas, etc), including stuffed animals, EXCEPT Yorkies. :-) Yorshire Terriers have actually human hair, ti is not fur. It is the only warm blooded animal that doesn't send him into a allergic reaction. So it was our only choice.
